Things, places, people, wherever we end up. For some reason, beef stroganoff always feels fake. Regardless, when I came across this recipe for Tofu and Mushroom Stroganoff. The sauce is thick and smooth, and when I hit it with the sour cream, the tang added that extra layer to the creaminess of the peanut butter.
