Having grown up in a relatively Palakkad Iyer family, I relish all these yummy dishes and thank Kaveri for bring me back those sweet delectable memories! It is very simple and easy to make and can be prepared in no time if the veggies are ready in hand. The original recipe had a long list of veggies, but i just made with what I had in hand.
