We cannot stop there forever. We have to come out of it. A new beginning of life. Where we will have to learn to make use of everyday to it fullest! We should learn to accept new things. Wellmy final day of classes at Fitness Ridge today. Kind of bittersweet! I had a great day though, actually rode the Spin bike for 3 hours of intervals this afternoon. it was tough! Not much to report, another hike and then Last Chance Workout for 1. Trying to stay focused, but all I can think about is going home to my honey and Lolabella!
