Friday, 2 December 2011. Wellmy final day of classes at Fitness Ridge today. Kind of bittersweet! I had a great day though, actually rode the Spin bike for 3 hours of intervals this afternoon.it was tough! Not much to report, another hike and then Last Chance Workout for 1.5 hours tomorrow afternoon. Trying to stay focused, but all I can think about is going home to my honey and Lolabella!
