Thursday, January 3, 2013. I just wanted to post that all of these group runs are still meeting regularly in 2013. There is a core group of 5 that meets, year-round, rain or shine. In the summer our numbers grow to 10-12 or more. Why run with a group? Here is a video.

Wednesday, July 31, 2013. 2013 Burning River Race Report. This race report for me really should start in 2010, when I first volunteered at the Ottowa Point aid station. The course has changed slightly over the years but Ottowa Point is usually somewhere around 40-45 miles. Most runners get there in the early to mid-afternoon and are still in good spirits.
