Thursday, April 7, 2011. I started this plant based diet on Monday the 4th of April. So far so good, no meat, no dairy and no oil! There are two ways to doing it, one way they ease you into it eliminating something each week, cadet style. Its all hands on the first day out of the gate.

Saturday, September 5, 2009. He showed where the hang gliders take off from and the different areas of the INL. When we got to the top we spent about an hour. Monday, November 19, 2012. I guess it has been a while since we have posted. A lot has happened since March! Our most exciting news is. We are adding a new little one to our family! We are expecting a baby boy around March 21, 2013. We sold our house in Salt Lake! We are now renting a little place in Alpine, UT. We had lots of fun with family reunions and vacations this summer! Hope you all .

Monday, December 1, 2014. We finally got our Christmas tree actually decorated and presents underneath it. Wednesday, November 26, 2014. The kids and I went to Idaho for Thanksgiving to visit my parents. The kids had a lot of fun. It was so warm there. We left Deer Lodge with 8 inches of snow on the ground to coming back a couple of days later to nothing on the ground. The snow on the ground before we went to Idaho. Wednesday, November 12, 2014.

Here is Adalyn on the first day of snow last year. She begged me to let her go out and play in it. She looked around and walked around on the grass a little, then decided it was cold and came back inside. Adalyn is such a good big sister. I sure love my two beautiful little girls. They are so much fun.
