Thursday, April 7, 2011. I started this plant based diet on Monday the 4th of April. So far so good, no meat, no dairy and no oil! There are two ways to doing it, one way they ease you into it eliminating something each week, cadet style. The other way is fireman style which I did. Its all hands on the first day out of the gate. I have had a lot of firsts during this week, Hummus which I made , Kale and some fake sausage patties. First off the food Im eating is so good! Saturday, March 5, 2011.

BYU-I They are both busy with school and work. We also have a new granddaughter since I last wrote. She is 6 months old and looks just like her daddy. She is starting to crawl and loves her big sister. We love you Roxie Lyn.

Madelyn was born on July 2, 2008 weighing 7. Wednesday, December 9, 2009. For our Thanksgiving we went to Sayulita for 8 days of relaxation, beach, sun and warm water! Thursday, November 5, 2009. Maddie had an amazing Halloween. The weekend was full of fun events. We went carved pumpkins on Friday, went to the Zoo on Saturday and Beach on Sunday. The day after Halloween we spent the day at the beach.
