Sunday, July 13, 2008. Jade and Shay Kickin It By The Pool. Some of the pond. Flowers are starting to bloom. We cleaned up that old engine and gave it a little paint. The Front End Had To Come Out! After a long look at the suspension we decided to take it out to get a better look at it. With about 120K miles on the car and all of the rubber seals rotted out, it should be easier to rebuild on the bench and out of the car. This is one heavy project. Sunday, June 1, 2008. Friday, May 28, 2010. Where does time go? Maddie is growing up so darn fast, and Matt and I are just doing the same old stuff. I just finished my 2nd year of teaching. I had an amazing 5th grade class this year. The last part of school was very bittersweet. I am so glad to have a summer break and be home with Maddie, but it was hard to say goodbye to this group of kids. She loves to play peek-a-boo.
