We went down to visit the college McKay is planning on going to in the fall. This beautiful picture is of us at lunch. All the kids making tombs. After breakfast, we watched General Conference. I loved the morning session. We then had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. McKay and Bailey hid all the eggs. We drove down to Daytona B.

We started with a picnic lunch on the driveway. Then we went to the splash pad with a cousin. Then had a picnic at the park with daddy for dinner and got to play on the playground and P got to play tennis with some kids at the park as well.

With all the changes that have been occuring in my life recently, I have found myself leaning on my faith more often and trying to accept that the challenges that have been coming my way are actually a gift. Although it is difficult to see clearly while going through a tough situation , it seems that the knowledge and growth that I receive after the challenge makes it not so bad.

Wednesday, October 22, 2008. I have done a lot of interesting and exciting things. For example, I celebrated Guatemalan Independance, took 5 chicken busses to a macademia nut farm, went to Honduras, went to the black sand beach in Monterrico, climbed my second volcano, and celebrated my 21st birthday!
