Thursday, July 23, 2009. I have a confession to make, for the past couple of days I have stopped my cleanse. I need to see if the cleanse is making me sick or if its something else. So I stopped taking it for a few days to see. And I do still feel sick so maybe isnt the cleanse which is good news! Now I just need to make myself get back on track with my cleanse, but its so hard! Updates from the Middle of Iowa. Zach is now in 1st Grade at Iowa Christian Academy. He is loving reading and math. He had a good fall season of soccer, advancing with his abilities with the sport. Zach loves winter and has been out snowboarding and building forts. Kate has had a fairly healthy year. Some good news is that she started walking in March! Any extra time beyond family, church, and work is spent sneaking a run or bike ride in. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
