Friday, January 24, 2014. I had to introduce you to our friend Jeremy. Jeremy is 32 years old and lives in Bradenton, Florida. He is a teacher and a head basketball coach at a local high school. I first met Jeremy when Mark and I were dating. Over 10 years ago! Jeremy is a GREAT friend and he has lots of close friends.

Updates from the Middle of Iowa. Zach is now in 1st Grade at Iowa Christian Academy. He is loving reading and math. He had a good fall season of soccer, advancing with his abilities with the sport. Zach loves winter and has been out snowboarding and building forts. Kate has had a fairly healthy year. Some good news is that she started walking in March! Any extra time beyond family, church, and work is spent sneaking a run or bike ride in. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
