Sunday, June 21, 2015. Happy Fathers Day Papa! I hope he remembers talking to me today. I miss him more than ever today. I would give anything to have one more day with him at full memory.
I started this journey almost 7 months ago and up until a week or so ago, never really shared anything about it with more than a few people in my life. Mostly because of my fear of failure. But each and every single time, I gave up.
Monday, June 8, 2015. I know, I know, why am I complaining? I was down to 192 at the start of April, however when I started Whole30 I was up to 197. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. I am so blessed to have a group of women who support me while I am on this crazy weight loss journey. Without the love and support of these girls, I do not know where I would be. These are the girls who know exactly what to say and when to say it. These are the girls who make me laugh when I want to cry. These are the girls who let me be myself without judgement. These are the girls who trust me and allow me to trust them.

but, JUST DO IT! Friday, April 17, 2015. It was with every craving and every drag and it made me want to hurl. The second pill has proved to be hard to remember, but I do take it when I do remember. Whats been the most crucial is to take it with food and a TON of water.
