In the olden days the people had no electricity so they had to use churns to make the butter. In room 10 we made home made butter and we compared it to bought butter. 1 tea spoon of salt. First of all pour the cream in a bowl. Mix the cream on medium until it is fluffy whipped cream. It will look like stiff peeks.
