Mix cream with electric mixer. It will transform into a butter milk and milk. Keep on mixing till it is fluffy. You will see stiff peaks. Breaks down into cottage cheese. Butter will separate from milk turning the milk to buttermilk . It will start getting stiffer. Butter will be clumping up.
I always start the year with grand plans and then I fail miserably by mid February. So this year I thought I would try something different. I am going to try monthly goals.
