Friday, March 10, 2006. We woke up this morning to SNOW! Amazing amounts of snow! All around the house! This is what we saw out the Library window though I actually stepped outside to take the picture. Can you believe all that snow? We may never dig out! Where are the snow-plows? Will the roof end up collapsing? I hope the builder took into consideration the horrific blizzards when designing the structure. Massive snow drifts everywhere! I wish we had a sled to use! Thursday, December 11, 2008. This weeks choice was brought to us by Bethany of this little piggy went to market. She chose Coq Au Vin. I have never had this before, but had always heard that it was so complicated and took so long to prepare. Like a 2 day process, which seems a little ridiculous. But anyway, this one was simple and delicious! I did a few things different than what the recipe called for, but is that a suprise to anyone? Hey, it is on my diet! And freshly ground black pepper.
