Tuesday, February 1, 2011. So I have good news! I have passed my Real Estate exam and I Am officially a Licensed Agent! So I did abandon my blog for a bit because I lost my focus due to all the excitement of my license but I am back with full vengeance.

My Fitness Journey

So about a mont and a half ago I hit a plateau on my diet, stuck at 229. So I decided to give it a shot. I figured what the hell. Since 4-6 days was the point at which glycogen would be depleted, I decided I would go for the low end of that spectrum and go 4 days low carb, 1 day high carb for my cycles. Making progress one day at a time.
