So about a mont and a half ago I hit a plateau on my diet, stuck at 229. So I decided to give it a shot. I figured what the hell. Since 4-6 days was the point at which glycogen would be depleted, I decided I would go for the low end of that spectrum and go 4 days low carb, 1 day high carb for my cycles.
