My husband is happy with this job and even through all the downsizing and layoffs his company has gone through lately he still loves his job. Saturday, March 22, 2014. Not so Espresso Chocolate Cake with Hot Kahlua Syrup. Have you ever noticed that the older you get, the faster time goes? I swear, when I was little time seemed to pass so slooooowly. I took it with me to my internship for our weekly PACT meeting and no one complained so I guess it was pretty good.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Daring Bakers October Challenge 2010. This challenge was perfect since I have spent the past few weeks at home in Michigan where donuts, apples, and cider are plentiful right now. My dad and I did this challenge together, and the donuts were delicious! I decided to make the yeast donuts. I did half cinnamon sugar and half with an apple cider glaze. I also filled a few with my mom homemade strawberry jam. Those were messy but delicious! Hands on prep time - 25 minutes.
