I am finding that I really need to find different ways to deal with my emotions instead of eating. I do catch myself mindless eating while cleaning up dinner or just because I saw it. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Never leave a 2 yr old alone! So I was down stairs getting ready for work. Avrey was up stairs coloring. I was down stairs for about 5 min when I hear her coming down the stairs laughing. Ya she colored her face purple. She thinks she so funny. I am planning on doing a run down of the last year on each person. I realized that I need to download Photos so that it is a funner post. Man a year flies by so fast any more. But the last 10 have felt like a flash! We have an amazing Family and through the next month or so I am going to try and give a run down of the kids life and experiences over the last year and a half. It is time to catch you all up on our oh so busy life.

Tuesday, June 21, 2011. I know its a long time coming. Rick is doing well. He is still having back issues but that will be a life long thing. I hate seeing him hurt so bad He has been working steady which is great. He has also been really busy being the assistant cub scout master. Deshawn loves having his dad be there with him.
