I am finding that I really need to find different ways to deal with my emotions instead of eating. I do catch myself mindless eating while cleaning up dinner or just because I saw it. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. We were at my dads house helping my sister with her kids because she hurt her knee really bad. Kathy and I decided to take the kids outside for a little bit to TRY to drain some energy. They pulled all the skateboards out. Kathy decided she wanted to show the kids a different way to ride them. Man a year flies by so fast any more. But the last 10 have felt like a flash! We have an amazing Family and through the next month or so I am going to try and give a run down of the kids life and experiences over the last year and a half. 250 km på snöskoter över Spetsbergen. Under min resa till Spetsbergen på Svalbard körde jag 250 magiska kilometer på snöskoter under ett dygn. Det var en tur från Longyearbyen, via Coles Bay till Svea och sedan tillbaka. Som längst ungefär tre timmars körning i ett streck med bara ett par korta pauser. KAN hon verkligen prata?
