Well, my third half-Ironman is in the books! I just returned home from racing in Ironman 70. It was an amazing race, and it lived up to its hype as a bucket-list race. A big shout-out to a few people who really helped me prepare. First, my dear friend Steve. I was a bit nervous going into this race.
