I am a vintage textile appraiser and collector living in historic Niagara. Surrounded by the Great lakes, lush farmlands, and endless generational homes, this region is rich with antique textiles and pieces from the past. I am privileged to be able to touch, discover, and research these quilts, needlework, coverlets, etc. that once clothed, cradled and kept warm our ancestors. I am keeping this journal so I may share some of these stories with you.

With a truly sad heart I share this with you . We received terrible news that one of our beloved TDIPT sisters Sue Zalik. Sue along with her sister Lynn worked closely together and made up the wonderful artistic duo known as 2 Stitching.
