یکبار برای همیشه

اومدم برای اخرین بار مصمم و با اراده باید بشم اونی که میخوام خدایا کمکم کن به هدفم برسم. خوردن حداقل یک لیوان آ ب قبل از هر وعده غذایی. خوردن هر سه وعده غذایی به جای خود شامل صبحانه ناهار شام. عادت دادن خودم به ورزش های ارایه شده. سعی در عصبی نشدن که نتیجه اش بشه پرخوری عصبی. سعی کنم هنگام سیری غذا یا هر چیز دیگه نخورم. نوشتن برنامه هر روزه خورد و خوراک.

تندرستی و زیبایی من

واسه هم گروهی های عزیزم چاپ. هرچند خیلی هم مضر هست ها! ولی الان واسه من عالیه. به اضافه جدول کربوهیدرات ها. 1- برنامه غذایی با مرحله القای 14 روزه. به همدیگر کمک کنیم تا خوش هیکل بشویم.
