I need to start doing it more often, but we lead such boring, work driven lives, it seems like a while before there is anything to tell you all! Well, I got something for ya! Jeremy and I went to Idaho during Halloween and my brithday, and we got family pictures taken. We think they turned out okay! We are not the seriouse type, so posing was a little difficult! Knowing that I would have to actually submit an article to a magazine was nerve wracking! I modified the article that I wrote for my writing for publication class and turned it this morning to Transformation Magazine! I read then revised over and over again until nothing was making sense so I stepped back from it for awhile and then read it again later. When I thought it was as close to perfect as possible I submitted it! Week 3 10 minute Free Write.

Saturday, August 28, 2010. Man I stink at blogging! We have a townhome in Layton and absolutely love it! Just the right size for us now! I took over 600 pictures, but I decided it wouldnt be a great thing to put all of them on here so I just chose a few of the highlights from our trip. It was very hot and very crowded, but it was a fantastic trip and we all had a wonderful time! Me and Josh eating with our favorite dog, Pluto, at the Garden Grill restaurant at EPCOT. This is my documentation of my 16 week journey to a stronger, leaner and fitter body than ever. Tuesday, 19 February 2008. I did the Spartan workout yesterday and I have to admit, that my body felt like shit afterwards. Doing 10 exercises and 300 reps total without any breaks is ridiciously hard. I will be doing my HIIT today, which will be 22 minutes of hardcore cross training.
