One of the best beach in the Philippines for me, not too crowded so you can enjoy yourself more. Pagudpud is located at far North of Ilocos. How to get there? We rode a bus from Espana street front of UST Florida or RCJ bus lines. Usually the bus leaves at 7pm from manila bound to Pagudpud, then you can ride a tricycle going to Saud Beach. it will cost you P50.
