Saturday, July 9, 2011. I really need to be better at this. Just another life changing experience that defines who I am. What more can I say? It was awesome. I want to go back someday. Hopefully that will happen but what can you do. I wish it was over. I still have two weeks and I only have two weeks. No one wants to hear that. I am having a hard enough time with this as it is and I do.

Wednesday, August 12, 2009. On saturday we went and taught alejandro and his family. There is a lot of potential there. Later we went and helped the elders in the area next to us with their baptism. Tuesday, June 7, 2011. 3 egg whites, room temperature. 2 cups light corn syrup. 2 cups sifted powdered sugar. 1 T pure vanilla extract. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, add egg whites, corn syrup, and salt. With your mixer on high speed, mix for approximately 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick and has at least doubled in volume.
