Saturday, April 7, 2012. My not so girly girl! So this is how the nail clipping began, and after one nail. She threw herself on the floor and did this. I gave the kids powder donuts the other morning, and here is Brody savoring his bite. So proud of himself that he did it all by himself. Brooklyn on the other hand, shoved it all in her mouth. Friday, June 7, 2013. So does anyone remember when my office used to look like this. Porter would not sleep in his bed all the way upstairs so we decided to move him downstairs closer to our bedroom. So I moved my office upstairs into the play room and we got rid of the play room and moved Porter down to the office.

Dan and I were trying to figure out what to do with our Christmas Stockings this year. I was searching some blogs and found an idea for a Stocking Tree from Tracy at The Idea Closet. They didnt care how cold it was, they wanted to be right in the water. We stopped in Oceanside first. It was really cold and windy so we just walked out on the beach. No swimming suits this time. Hikes, rock pools, hammocks, potjie, bushmen art, caves, and wonderful company. Wish I had time to tell you all about it but we leave for the Eastern Cape in 8 hours. What hangs outside our bathroom. I love this photo we picked up somewhere in the world, of Greek daily life. I would like siestas from 2 until 6 every day.
Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Bluebonnets and Easter Fun! We are down to just the bedtime bottle. She is doing really well with the sippy cup and even an open cup with a little help. Another important stride was finally having enough hair to put in a pony tail. Easter was so much fun. We met my parents for church up in Denton and then we went to their house for Easter dinner.
