Monday, October 20, 2014. We left at noon on the dot. heading out to Utah to greet our newest grandaughter. as she comes into the world on Thursday. These trees are growing on a tree farm in Oregon. they go for miles and miles. They are fast growing trees that are harvested for wood. I LOVE it! I think Grandpa Drew was with me today, enjoying them too.
No creative homemade costumes here, but E and S were so excited to be their favorite characters Rapunzel and Lightning McQueen. E decided she wanted to be Rapunzel when she cut off her hair at the end of the movie. Rapunzel with her frying pan! .

I fondly recalled the times I had used the posters and signs in my classroom when I taught fourth or fifth grade. They were the last of the items I thought I might use in my new position as a Literacy Facilitator. A lot of that going on lately.

I did what i have been talking about doing my whole life. I actually went and Auditioned for a big time music show. On August 12, 2012. I did something I had only talked about. I had one of the biggest auditions of my life. But the fact that i actually did it, That is something to be proud of.
