This Blog is about my attempt to run the London Marathon in 2005. They require a lot of hard work during training and they can take over your life. Running the london marathon raising money for Epilepsy Society. Taking on the London marathon 2012. Started the 16-week training plan on Monday with a 3-mile steady run and today a 4-mile Fartlek session. I secretly like Fartleks as they add a bit of variety but they are tough! I promise to update the blog a bit more often in the next 16-weeks too! A quiet training week last week. Anyone got any cold ge.
