Cross training - Well a day of shopping. Travel day - Returning to Sweden with a 3am.

Running the london marathon raising money for Epilepsy Society. Taking on the London marathon 2012. Started the 16-week training plan on Monday with a 3-mile steady run and today a 4-mile Fartlek session. I secretly like Fartleks as they add a bit of variety but they are tough! I promise to update the blog a bit more often in the next 16-weeks too! A quiet training week last week. Anyone got any cold ge.
