The impossible ginger bread house, it literally took all of us to hold it together! Kea and her cousin Meg. Kristal, my big sis, and her family came for Christmas. It was so fun to have them here. Im trying not to feel like Im missing out on something, but I am! I spent yesterday in Taupo soaking up the sun by the lake. Very nice. Today Im off to Rotorua to meet up with a friend and hopefully to catch a fun, touristy show. Ill come back and do the haka war dance for all of you! Thats it for now!CONTENT

Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Hi all, just wanted to share a recipe for a dish I discovered recently. This could easily be a vegetarian dish, but I typically add ground turkey or sausage and pepperoni. We had it for supper tonight and it was very satisfying. I consider it a one-pot meal, so it simplifies meal prep and clean-up. 4 medium zucchini - split in half long-wise, scoop out middle. 2 roma tomatoes, diced.
Would want to try again and offer a free Gluten-Free bread to anyone who responds to ad until this Fri.
