Friday, May 29, 2015. Wow, this year flew by. We are very thankful for a wonderful year for both boys. We are especially proud of the progress Cade made this year with managing his anxiety. He works hard at school and we are glad he was awarded for it! Just Spin it Out.

This could easily be a vegetarian dish, but I typically add ground turkey or sausage and pepperoni. We had it for supper tonight and it was very satisfying. I consider it a one-pot meal, so it simplifies meal prep and clean-up.
