After Emmas death, I found her scrapbook and a trunk filled with letters, souvenir pillowcases, photographs and postcards from this era. Monday, July 7, 2014. Penny I went grocery shopping and I suggested we get ice cream after. I told her not to tell Lucas, but I am sure you all know how that went. He was not happy once she told him. Once a week we do summer movie fun, and we take advantage of the air conditioned movie theaters. Plus we get cold drinks and yummy popcorn. Penny has been taking a little dance class with girls from church and she loves it. Friday, July 4, 2014. We had a great Four.

Saturday, March 24, 2012. A lot of holidays have passed since I last blogged so here is a summary in pictures. We had SO many trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood that I ran out of candy and had to turn our lights off. I considered handing out snack packs and that point because I felt so bad, but Mike told me that was weird. Our very first Christmas tree! .
