Monday, August 31, 2009. Off We Go to The University of Alabama. The weekend of Ethan moving into the dorms on campus went smoother than we could have ever expected. W moved him in on Friday and flew back home on Saturday. The school had about 800 volunteers that had carts to move your stuff and help you find where you needed to go. We were able to make it into DC for cherry blossom season- something I have always wanted to do, and well worth the trip! The trees are all along the rim of the Potomac Basin and it is quite a sight! It seems like it was just yesterday her husband Coleman aka Brent was our Cadet Squadron Commander- LOL! Kelsea was so excited to meet their daughter Sarah who is of the same age.
