Monday, August 31, 2009. Off We Go to The University of Alabama. The weekend of Ethan moving into the dorms on campus went smoother than we could have ever expected. We drove 12 hours in Ethans car to UA and arrived on a Thursday afternoon. W moved him in on Friday and flew back home on Saturday. Katie was chosen to be Saint Rose of Lima and Ella was chosen to be Saint Joan of Arc. The children learn about the Saint and make a costume and then during the mass, they get to represent the Saint in a processional honoring the Saints.
