V-S Bodyweight and Kettlebell 300 workout 4 week Contest. Accept the Challenge! Monday, March 23, 2009. Mark Erickson, Level II RKC. Friday, March 6, 2009. Final Testing to be held at the Vinton Skate and Activity Center. Thanks to a generous offer and donation from Okee Walker we have secured the final testing location for the Viking 300 Challenge. The Vinton Skate and Activity Center will be the place to be Saturday morning March 21st. Tentative schedule goes like this.

This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. She enjoys spending her down time shopping.
