Throughout this year we have grown beans, tomatoes, carrots, leeks, pumpkins, peppers, wild flowers and sunflowers. Our huge pumpkin and courgette plants. Some of these are still growing and we are hoping to use the harvest later in the year for more of our learning. Friday, 17 July 2015. Thursday, 16 July 2015.

Saturday, 11 July 2015. It was with very heavy hearts that Mark Walsh and I conducted an Exit Interview with Mrs Card who leaves us at the end of this term. When a member of the teaching staff leaves, we give them an Exit Interview, as it is very helpful to the Directors to find out why they are leaving and what they felt we are doing well as a school and if there are areas they feel need improvement. We wish her well and she will no doubt have a wonderful retirement.
Wednesday, 22 July 2015. Year 6 enrichment group Jesus College visit. On Monday 6th July we made our annual visit to Jesus College, Cambridge with a group of year 6 children. The visit is to inspire the children and to show them that they are capable of taking a path in life at the top university. On Monday 13th July 2015 we held a School Council school improvement conference with Long Ridings Primary, Brentwood. I am so proud of all of the Councillors and the adult leader.
