Friday, October 5, 2012. Out of the shadows and into the light. There is energy in everything. Emotion is Energy in motion. All energy carries a vibration. The words we speak, the thoughts we think, the prayers we offer- our physical bodies- all carry vibrations. I have learned that I am personally motivated by fun.

Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Salt Lake City via Train. It was a pretty good goal - attainable, but it pushed us! Needless to say, we met our goal. It dumped buckets of rain the day we rode the train down. We were actually pretty grateful we were on the train when we looked out the window at all of the cars creeping along in standing water on the freeway. We ate that night at the restaurant at the hotel. Coy decided to help her out. We got some swimming in at the hotel.

Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Had a great Memorial Day weekend with the family. It is nice to remember the loved ones that have passed away to keep them in our hearts forever. It was fun to be around family and cousins and catch up. Mom and dad with Olson baby girl. Sasha and Her Many Graduations. One at MATC graduation, seminary graduation and now SHHS graduation.
