Today is Wednesday 3rd June and Room 1 just had a Tennis Lesson. We got some good pictures. Finally the speech competition is around the corner! Its sure going to be a hard working 4 weeks for the students here. Last year Room 1 did extremely well in the speech competition. Our year 8s, we had Tayla F. Come in 2nd, and Sophia come an equal 3rd. Our year 7s, Rochelle won, and we had Caitlin come 3rd. We are proud of them and we hope to do so well if not better again this year! It was.

An example of when i persisted in something was in gymnastics i was about to quit before our grading but in the end i decided to stick with it and got the top mark out of my whole gym class i also got lots of badges and medals i was so proud of my self. Once we arrived at the lodge the owner talked to us and then we went for a walk around the lodge. Its really big and has lots of dorms. There is also lots of space to run around, and a big hall where you can rock climb.
We had school swimming sports in term 1 at the Aquatic Centre. If it was serious there would be time referees and disqualification referees too. Most of the teachers were wearing they house colours to support their house group. The teachers that were timing us got wet pants because the kids that were swimming pushed water over the side of the pool. My teacher is Mr Dyke in the Accelerate academy. I have two cats and they are very annoyi.
My Science fair Group did Coke Bombs. We started with Pepsi and James dropped 2 mentos in a ran for it. I had to tie the lid on and then boom it only went 2 cm up an 5 wide. Pepsi was a failure so we had to put that in our log book. So then Cory brought Coke Zero and me and James thought it would not even fizz. But it went better than the Pepsi it went 8 cm up and 1 m wide.
My friend Connor is the head boy of Kaitao middle school, he is a swimmer for New- Zealand but he is originally from America, North Carolina. He currently belongs to the Arawai swim club I only do occasional swimming every Friday. He also is very good at badminton I think he has represented NZ for that to. He is generally a very sporty person and shows that of at school frequently. Ilver beaming rays of light. Ever ending joy it gives.
I play it every week, this week we are playing against another Ngongotaha team we are just Ngongotaha AFC they are the Ngo ninjas my friend Axle and his brother are in that team, our goalies brother is also in there team. His interests are Runescape, Maplestory and Music.

On the second day of Marae we went on a waka we did not go first so we waited at the lakefront park Joe went into the girls toilet it was so funny then it was our turn we had to learn lots of different paddle moves the we had a waka race we won of course. A couple of weeks ago me and most of challenge had a mean game of rugby it was about 20 of us it was 10 on 10 both of the teams were even I reckon. We had the meanest team so the game had started off my mate Chris got the first touch of the game but when we will playing the other people on the other side where cheating they were kicking the ball out of our hands when we got it at first we were getting slaughtered by the other team it was like 25 Nil. Wednesday, April 8, 2009. This is when we went to Noho marae. We left on the 23rd of march to the 25Th of march.
