And Well! Tuesday, June 7, 2011. On May 7, 2011, Doug and Amber ran the Snoqualmie Cinco de Mayo Half Marathon. It was in the little town of Snoqualmie- up near North Bend, and Mt Si where we had just been in March. This was my first Half, and I was so excited! I was actually planning for the Seattle Rock and Roll Half in June, but my training was going well. I had recently run 11 or 12 miles, and felt good. I decided to go for it.

Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Christmas in St. George. Callie, Alexa, Quinn, and Leah had a great time making gingerbread houses, watching Damon, and participating in the traditional Hench nativity. The reunion with dad was the highlight of the trip! We had so much fun by ourselves but we sure love and missed daddy! Surprise surprise. The weather got too hot so the kids and I decided to book it to the coast. We spent about four weeks there. Just a couple kids from calizona. Bringing up a couple kids of our own.
