Louis is a community-based strategy sponsored by the U. Department of Justice that aims to prevent, control, and reduce violent crime, drug abuse, and gang activity among youth and adults in designated high-crime neighborhoods. Mission is to empower the people of the communities we serve to achieve equal access to quality health services that promote prevention and encourage healthy behaviors.
