Saturday, April 15, 2017. Canberra Marathon Number 16 Done and Dusted! One week ago I ran my 16th Canberra Marathon. My alarm was set for just before 4am on marathon day and I woke to the sound of the rain steadily falling. It also felt very cold - not a good omen. It is a pretty course running past many of. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Its been another crazy week - arent they all? Im a person who loves routine so balancing 2 businesses and changes to plans made every couple of hours, Im finding it a challenge to get work done in between client training sessions and visits to the gym etc. Oh well. I have eased myself back into training this week - yah me - and managed to resist the urge to go all out and train every day after having not done so in 16 months! 60mins walk and stair repeats 3. Saturday, August 15, 2015. The grey skies and light mizzle were not a hindrance at Gungahlin parkrun today. The conditions were actually pretty good for running.
