Saturday, August 15, 2015. The grey skies and light mizzle were not a hindrance at Gungahlin parkrun today. The conditions were actually pretty good for running. All the Gunners runners were joined by Gary Wilmot and his crew from Hearts Across Australia. It was good to have some red hearts to brighten up the day. Saturday, August 8, 2015.
What an awesome year 2012 has been. I set myself a number of goals, all related and complementary. Complete my mission of running a marathon in every Australian state. So still had NSW, WA, NT and TAS to go. Run 3000kms for the year. Minimum monthly running distance of 200km.

Saturday, April 15, 2017. Canberra Marathon Number 16 Done and Dusted! One week ago I ran my 16th Canberra Marathon. It doesnt get easier as the years go by but I am gradually getting nearer to my ultimate goal of running 20 Canberra Marathons and becoming a Burley Griffin.
