Friday, January 17, 2014. First time at the dentist. He did such a great job. He sat through the whole cleaning. We all got to ride this sweet horse too. My sis made us an amazing New Years dinner and then we all became addicted to this puzzle. We had no intention on staying up to watch the ball drop, or for my own sake, getting that puzzle put together. Monday, June 22, 2015. This made me super happy. The weekend before I had gone to the temple alone and felt so close to this sweet baby and so excited to meet him. Friday, March 18, 2011. One of our favorite Mexican meals is Carnitas Tacos on homemade tortillas with fresh guacamole. Yum! The pork is cooked in the slow cooker. The tortillas are some work but so worth the effort. I have really been into making tortillas lately, both flour and corn tortillas. I even went and bought myself a handy dandy tortilla press.
