Wednesday, March 9, 2011. I cant believe it has been over a year since I posted anything! A friend was teasing me the other day about it so I decided I better sit down and post something. Anything! I signed Noah up for his first season of iceless hockey. He has had a really fun time playing. He was disappointed to not end up on the same team as his friend Colton, but has had a good time nonetheless. The sad part is that they have not won any. Here are some pictures of Noah. Friday, March 18, 2011. One of our favorite Mexican meals is Carnitas Tacos on homemade tortillas with fresh guacamole. Yum! The pork is cooked in the slow cooker. The tortillas are some work but so worth the effort. I have really been into making tortillas lately, both flour and corn tortillas. I even went and bought myself a handy dandy tortilla press. Friday, February 18, 2011. Our Girls - 3 years old and 5 months old. Our little girl Macy is already 5 months old. Looks like Macy has the giggles - she loves to laugh at her big sister. Queen of the mountain! We had to take advantage of our 45 degree days last week and play on the snow piles.
