Monday, March 29, 2010. A Little Dirt Never Hurt Anyone. Parker loves to play in dirt. Everytime we go to Wal-Mart or any other store for that matter. if he sees a shovel or some type of pail or bucket. we must have it! Both of our parents have dirt piles at their houses so Saturday and Sunday. Parker got to play in the dirt. He was FILTHY! Parker sliding down the dirt pile. Hah Thank God for wax! My Grandma and Parker with their yard brooms.

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Im sitting in front of a fire at my in-laws house in Buffalo, NY on New Years Eve. Jaylyn is gone to the gym begrudgingly with David; Chris and Juliana are napping; and Carolyn is prepping for tonights dinner. And my mind is ablaze with plans for 2015. For the first time EVER, I feel prepared for the new year mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Ive already been writing the date as 2015, so that must mean Im ready, right? 2 Ingest less crap. We stopped at Independence Rock in Wyoming for lunch on the drive out. It is called Independence Rock because if the wagon trains could reach this spot by Independence Day then they had a fair chance of making it over the Rocky Mountains before the winter set in.
