Chicken, rice, and broccoli casserole. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. package frozen broccoli, thawed. 1 small onion, chopped. 3 cups shredded cheddar, more or less to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook rice according to directions. Mix all ingredients in a 13x19 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until bubbly.
