The two year anniversary of Tammy passing was ALOT harder then I thought it would be. Like always, my family was patient with me, my husband was amazing and my friends were great. The main reason I survived that crazy time was GOD. All of the above reasons make me feel very blessed.

Monday, August 1, 2011. Chicken, rice, and broccoli casserole. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. package frozen broccoli, thawed. 1 small onion, chopped. 3 cups shredded cheddar, more or less to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook rice according to directions. Mix all ingredients in a 13x19 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until bubbly.
