We had a great time there and we were able to get pretty close up to the action to get some pretty good pictures. Travis really wants to be one of the riders in the race next year.

I went in Friday looking normal and came out looking like this. James and I laughed at me a lot that day . Generally bandages are not funny, but this one stuck out so far and I looked like a clown. Sunday, August 9, 2015. 1 can chopped green chilies. Bring water to a boil and add all the ingredients. 3 cloves garlic, minced. Combine ingredients, pour over roast in crockpot. Cook all day on high until it shreds easily. They ate a LOT! Doubling the rice and dressing was plenty.
