Now my words are taking over the globe. Sometimes I dont know how I come up with these rhymes. It just like a light that goes on in my mind. Pass me that pen I got to write down these lines. Monday, January 30, 2012. I could cry just remembering how I felt before we left. Because after 2 days I was totally in love with Honduras but most in love with the people. Knew this would be more than a check it off my list type trip. That is a start to finish description and so much in the middle. So here are those details. So we were fast to sleep. When we left there we were heading to Campamento. Got car sick in .
Sunday, August 9, 2015. 1 can chopped green chilies. Bring water to a boil and add all the ingredients. 3 cloves garlic, minced. Combine ingredients, pour over roast in crockpot. Cook all day on high until it shreds easily. They ate a LOT! Doubling the rice and dressing was plenty.
Monday, April 6, 2009. I know it has been a long time since I posted. I am sad to report my camera is broken and I cannot take pictures at this time, but I have some from others. However, here is an update on what is going on with us. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Friends came over and made it a blast.
